PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a sleep introducing device and its method which enables a user to view or listen a material for sleep introduction, according to user's tastes. SOLUTION: An attribute of each registered user, who signs on for delivery, is stored in a subscriber database 12, and when a request of delivery is received from the user 2, the user who has requested the delivery, is determined whether or not he is a registered user registered in the database. If he is a registered user, delivery history data, which is stored in the subscriber database 12 as the attribute of the user, is referred to, and the material, which the registered user preferably listens or watches is selected from among various materials for the sleep introduction and are delivered to the user 2. Thus, the user can view or listen the material for the sleep introduction, according to his tastes. |
