PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize current consumption reduction and secure communication in an optimal state when communication is conducted using Bluetooth. SOLUTION: In the communication standard of Bluetooth, three packet types HV1, HV2, and HV3 can be changed and set for a SCO link for voice communication according to the state of communication environment, but switchover among them in the middle of communication is not stipulated. In this invention, the HV3 is set for the SCO link to start the link as the initially set condition, subsequently, the number n of discarded packets is counted, and if n is less than a, the HV3 packet type is used as is, if n is equal to or more than a but less than b, it is switched so as to use the HV2, and if n is more than b, the HV1 is switched to be used. |
