<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically correct lip sink disturbance on the basis of a difference between processing times generated in a video signal processing system and a voice signal processing system. SOLUTION: A signal from reference MPEG data 11 storing video data and voice data in mutually prescribed time relation is decoded by a video decoder 15 and a voice decoder 16, processed in video and voice-separated processing systems, converted into an analog signal, the time shift of both signals is detected from converted analog video and voice signals, delay processing means 24, 25 are arranged in the processing systems, and when an outside broadcasting signal is processed, a time is corrected on the basis of the detected time shift.</p> |
