PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heater which has a superior thermoresponse property in heat conduction, and which is superior in heating uniformity, and which can be made light-weighted. SOLUTION: This heater has an electric insulating film 13 adhered to the whole face of a heating plate 11 and the second electric insulating film 19 adhered to the whole face of a pressing plate 17 opposing to a surface exothermic body 15, and it is pinched between the first and the second electric insulating films 13, 19, and the heating plate 11 and the pressing plate 17 are fixed.
