PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a CRT 10 having a microphonic damper clip 58 for a tension mask 30 mounted on the border of a tension mask. SOLUTION: This microphonic damper clip is formed with two halves 581 , 582 having a first leg portion 60 and an essential second leg portion 61 respectively, and the two halves for the microphonic damper clip are inserted into respective apertures 63 arranged on the border of a tension mask from each free end of their leg portions, and then the microphonic damper clip is formed by fixing the halves each other at lest at one side of two corresponding free ends of their leg portions.
