PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voice output timing controller which transmits a proper voice message to a user timly even in the case that a plurality of devices having voice output parts are adjacently installed. SOLUTION: In accordance with the types of connection devices and classifications of voice messages, a voice output timing controller 1 completely shifts the output timing of the voice message outputted from each device, shifts only the output start timing of the voice message outputted from each device, or makes the output timings of voice messages outputted from devices 3a to 3n mutually completely coincident.
