摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a discharge aging equipment, a discharge aging method and a plasma address liquid crystal display device which are capable of suppressing excessive discharges occurred in pairs of discharge electrodes being apt to discharge by completely reducing the variation of discharges in pairs of discharge electrodes, hence realizing a high display quality by significantly lessening the non-uniformity of discharges on its screen. SOLUTION: When discharge aging is applied on a plasma address means 13, the voltage and the width of voltage pulses applied to the cathode electrodes and the anode electrodes of a plasma address display means 13 by a cathode electrode driving circuit 15 and an anode electrode circuit 16 are adjusted by a control device 18 and a drive-adjusting circuit 12, depending on discharge current values measured with a discharge current measurement circuit 14, a variation of discharge currents is made to be uniformed even if there is, hence the discharge aging equipment can suppress the excessive discharges occurred at local areas, as a result prevent the non-uniformity of display caused by sputtering or the like due to excessive discharge occurred at local areas.
