PURPOSE: A portable gas stove is provided to check the intensity of thermal power easily according to creak in turning an adjusting knob, to ignite conveniently by an electronic high pressure generator, and to reduce fuel consumption by adjusting thermal power finely. CONSTITUTION: A portable gas stove is composed of a gas stove body having creak grooves around a knob shaft; a thermal power adjusting knob(2) inserting a creak pin(5) to a creak pin hole(4) paralleled axially to mount the creak pin in a spring(6); a valve plate having a linear groove in the end of the knob shaft; and an ignition unit operating an electronic high pressure generator by turning on a switch in turning the thermal power adjusting knob. The gas supply amount is finely adjusted, and the intensity of thermal power is checked according to creak in turning the thermal adjusting knob.
