PURPOSE: A multi/demultiplexing device for manufacturing an audio CD is provided to simply move audio data of which the quantization bit 32bit and the sampling frequency is 96kHz, thereby manufacturing high quality audio CDs with an improved storage capacity by four times. CONSTITUTION: A multi/demultiplexing device for manufacturing an audio CD includes a multplexing unit(610) for multiplexing two-channel audio data of which quantization bit is 32bit and sampling frequency is 96kHz into eight-channel of which quantization bit is 16bit and sampling frequency is 48kHz, a multi-tracking unit(700) for carrying out multi-tracking by using ADAT or TDIF, a demultiplexing unit(620) for demultiplexing the audio data signal multi-tracked by the multi-tracking unit into two channels like the original audio signal of which the quantization bit 32bit and the sampling frequency is 96kHz, and a master medium unit(800) for carrying out the mastering work for the audio data.
