PURPOSE: A system for servicing an intermediation of a chartered vehicle is provided to supply a proper vehicle capable of satisfying a time and a cost based on the Internet. CONSTITUTION: A user connects to a chartered vehicle intermediating service system through the Internet and selects a user supporting system(S20). Various scaled maps extracted from a local information DB(S281) are displayed on a homepage screen, and the user selects a starting point and a destination of a vehicle in the maps(S21). The starting point and the destination are transmitted to an intermediating service information DB(S282), and a cost thereof is displayed on a screen. The user memorizes the corresponding cost and suggests a wanted cost when an estimate is requested(S22). The intermediating service information DB(S282) prepares an estimate written request based on the cost(S23). If the prepared estimate is requested(S24), the estimate is transmitted to a car owner through a character message on a car owner supporting system(S25).
