PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for easily performing estimate of electric wire construction by using a personal computer. SOLUTION: Material data stored in a material data storage part 14 and a plurality of classifications belonging to the material are selected by a control part 12. An objective material type is selected and a standard cost corresponding to the material type is calculated with a copper-base unit price storage part 16 and displayed.
