PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that approval is held at the time of emergency approval request wherefore any document can not be issued. SOLUTION: This system is composed of a portable telephone 10, a dialup server 11, an electronic authentication table 12 and an electronic authentication table control program 13 in the dialup server 11, a department domain server 14, a work station 15, an electronic seal impression program 16 in the work station, a mail server 17, and a network 100 for connecting the portable telephone to the dialup server. Thus, the electronic approval for a document file opened in an office workstation can be performed from the portable telephone or a portable information terminal. |
