PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reasonably promote waste utilization by making relevant dealers, public institutions, etc., register information in a server and making the information readable with respect to waste utilization such as reprocessing and recycling of waste in relation to the construction and civil engineering fields. SOLUTION: In this system, a waste supplier for supplying waste, a waste processor for applying working processing to the supplied waste to produce processed goods from the waste, a waste user for performing operation, etc., by using waste and the processed goods from the waste, a carrier for carrying waste, etc., and a university/laboratory/administrative body participate respectively as a user. Each of the users can retrieve and read registered information of the other participants by referring to the DB of a Web server 1, and can perform ordering and order reception processing on a Web in the case the needs of a product and service supplier coincide with those of a consumer and the receiving conditions are met. |
