PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reset a microprocessor in run-away of the microprocessor. SOLUTION: When the microprocessor 10 rewrites a program of a nonvolatile storage 12, a PEN signal generating circuit 13 activates a PEN signal, but in the other case, the PEN signal is kept in non-active. A WE signal detecting circuit 16 generates a reset pulse generating trigger in a state of a WE signal is active in non-activation of the PEN signal, whereby the microprocessor 10 is reset. |
