PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information recording and reproducing device in which prevention of disconnection of a power feeding path from a board to the coil of motor, improvement of motor torque and miniaturization of the entire structure are made compatible. SOLUTION: This device is provided with; an insulating substrate 8; a contact spring 9 in which one side of surfaces of a base part 9a is fixed to the vicinity of a hole 8a of the insulating substrate 8, a coil end 5a of a coil 5 of an armature 3 is extracted through opening parts 2a, 8c of a base plate 2 and the hole 8a of the insulating substrate 8 and is connected electrically to the other surface of a base part 9a; a sealing part 10 in which, after the coil end 5a is extracted from the opening parts 2a, 8c of the base plate 2 and the hole 8a of the insulating substrate 8, the hole 9a of the insulating substrate 8 is closed, and a board 13 having a pad part 13b which is arranged opposing to the insulating substrate 8 and which is a land for feeding with which a tip of a contact part 9b of the contact spring 9 comes in contact; and a board 13 having a storing opening part 13a storing the projection part of the sealing part 10, and the like. |
