PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently manage individual document and a whole of documents including them without carrying out a management of a user account. SOLUTION: An access right setting device 1 inputs a new document number of a document prepared, a management password and an access password to a password management device 2 at the time of new preparation. At the time of change of the access right, the management password is inputted from a manager is referred to the password management device and if it is correct, a new management password and an access password are inputted to the password management device. At the time of renewal, the password management device 2 corrects the management password and the access password corresponding to the document number. A user access device 4 lets a user input the password and the document number and references the password and the document number to the password management device and if it is correct, the document is accessed in a document keeping management device 3 by the document number. |
