PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply build up device configuration aiming at integration capable of improving the transmission efficiency between image/speech IO(input/output) devices and their HMI(human-machine interface), and provide a relatively inexpensive device. SOLUTION: An IO device with an intelligent HMI function is equipped with a camera 40, which takes a picture of object materials and inputs data related to the image, and an HMI unit 100 which is connected between the camera 40 and an information processing system LAN 31 in an on-vehicle network, and functions as an HMI related to the image. The HMI unit 100 is equipped with a processing execution unit 103, which executes processing for the image, image recognition at least, for the data inputted by the camera 40, a controller 105, which determines whether the processing should be executed or not, and a network I/F(interface) 101, which converts at least either of the processing result data by the processing execution unit 103 and the original data from the camera 40 into packets P1 to Pn, based on the determination result, and sends them to the information processing system LAN 31. |
