ENERGY RATE COMPUTING METHOD AND BATHING ACCIDENT PREVENTION SUPPORT METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize supporting technology to work on a customer to take a proper action by supporting behavior to start operation of a bath heater so as to lower a degree of a danger factor of a bathing accident. SOLUTION: The behavior to prevent the bathing accident is supported by practicing a process to be practiced in a support system free to display specified information on a display part provided in a facility of the customer and to receive temperature of a bathroom in the facility of the customer or outside air temperature, a process to compute an operation condition of the bath heater at raising temperature of the bathroom to be estimated from the received temperature so as to lower the degree of the danger factor of the bathing accident to a specified degree, a process to compute an operation cost of the bath heater from the computed operation condition and a cost of energy and a process to display the computed operation condition and operation information concerning the operation cost on the display part.
