<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that since various administration data are managed based on various database standards even in a single city, it is difficult to compare the data across departments, and that it is more difficult to compare the data between self-governments wherefore this is an obstacle to the performance of the evaluation of a policy/measure. SOLUTION: A system for evaluating a policy/measure is constructed so that database standards can be established as a policy/measure system. Also, the standards are established so as to be commonly used by a plurality of cities as much as possible.</p> |
