PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface-mounted piezoelectric vibrator for facilitating connection to the lead frame of a piezoelectric vibrator and correctly performing positioning. SOLUTION: The surface-mounted piezoelectric vibrator is constituted of the piezoelectric vibrator, obtained by holding an oscillator in an airtight terminal having a lead terminal and sealing it by a cylindrical seal tube, the lead frame which is electrically connected to the lead terminal and connected to an outer electrode, and a mold resin for covering the piezoelectric vibrator, the lead frame is provided with an insertion part for inserting the lead terminal and holding it, and the surface mounted piezoelectric vibrator is provided with a part for performing positioning concerning the inserting direction.
