PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a balloon doll which is discriminated from other balloon dolls, is liable to draw people' attention and has a high propaganda effect by forming the balloon doll to characteristic and intricate shapes. SOLUTION: The ornaments 3 have a contact portion 11 which has the shape approximately the same as the external form of a tip 2 of a balloon doll body 6 and is so formed as to be put on the outer flank of the tip 2 by having a clearance 10, a belt-like detaining portion 13 which is disposed at an end edge 12 of the contact portion 11 and closely and tightly adheres to the outer flank of the tip 2 in the state of being put on the tip 2 of the balloon doll body 6, an air inlet 14 which communicates with the inner side and outer side of the contact portion 11 or shuts off the same and an external ornamental portion 15 which is formed to a decorative shape and is attached to the outer sides of the contact portion 11 and the detaining portion 13. The ornaments 5 have a winding belt portion 30 which is formed to an annular shape of a specified width adjustable in the circumferential length and is wound around the cylindrical portion 4 of the balloon doll body 6 and an external ornamental portion 31 which is attached to the outer side of this winding belt portion 30.
