PURPOSE: A memory access method is provided to decrease a current consumption when a CPU accesses a memory. CONSTITUTION: In a method for accessing a memory, a CPU generates a virtual address, a read/write signal, and data(S10). A memory controller receives the virtual address, the read/write signal, and the data from the CPU and generates the first slave group chip selection signal and the second group chip selection signal, and a reversed read/write signal(S20). Only virtual address corresponded to an enabled chip selection signal out of the first slave group chip selection signal and the second group chip selection signal is converted into a physical address(S30). The converted physical address is stored in a register(S40).
