PURPOSE: A signal lamp for a railway crossing is provided to prevent the penetration of a pedestrian and a vehicle into the crossing by forming a crossing gate signal lamp bar as transparent FRP and installing a plurality lamps therein. CONSTITUTION: An external pipe(10) is formed with a transparent material. A plurality of spacers(14,14a) are inserted into the inside of the external pipe(10). An internal pipe(16) is formed with the transparent material. A flickering portion is installed in the inside of the internal pipe(16). The flickering portion includes a magnetic light emission body. The magnetic light emission body is flickered by an electronic circuit. The first stopper(12) and the second stopper(14) are inserted into both sides of the external pipe(10).
