<p>Cast or injection moulded superpolyamide bar has annular shoulder to receive contact-closing spring. Movable contact is held by this spring against a shoulder formed near bar end by insertion of an expanding member (e.g., a ball) inserted in a coaxial hole at end of bar. This shoulder also holds end turn of contact-opening spring. This gives reduction of wear, leading to less vibration and longer contact life.</p> |
