<p>The invention relates to mechanical engineering and can be used for all branches of economy for transforming (especially by a stepless transformation) a rotational motion. The engagement of a rotary transmission is performed by two discs. Power elements are circumferentially mounted on the end surface of a disc at an angle with respect to the plane of rotation of the disc.
