<p>A groupware the operating burden of which on the user is lightened. The groupware runs on a predetermined operating system, can be used by a user by log-in, and includes means for altering the parameter that a predetermined application related with the groupware has depending on the name of user when the user logs in, and means for returning the parameter to the value before the log-in when the user logs off. Since the parameter that a predetermined application has is altered depending on the name of user when the user logs in, the user is not required to alter various settings by the user's operation, thereby lightening the burden on the user. Further since the parameter is returned the initial value when the user logs off, the next user is not influenced.</p> |
