PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a retractable writing implement which can not be kept in a pocket of clothes or the like by being put between a clip and a barrel as long as a penpoint is not returned into the barrel, but can maintain the retraction function of the retracting part even when the clipping force of the clip is lowered or the clip should be broken. SOLUTION: When the penpoint 2-1 of a refill 2 is projected from the tip opening 1-1 of the barrel tube 1, a locking window 5 with which a locking claw 7 is detachably locked is provided in the barrel tube 1 within a region from a position in front and near to the releasing end part 3-1 of the clip 3 to a rear position from the clip ball part 32. The knock releasing part 6 approaches the releasing end part 3-1 or the clip ball part 3-2 with the penpoint 2-1 being protruded, and protrudes through the locking window 5 at a height to close a space between the releasing end part 3-1 and the barrel tube 1, so that the pocket X or the like cannot be put into between the clip 3 and the barrel tube 1 as long as the penpoint 2-1 being protruded from the tip end opening 1-1. |
