PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a high-pressure carbon dioxide to be simply filled and sealed. SOLUTION: An operating tube section 12 is formed in a plate-like state by arraying a plurality of pipes 11. In this case, one of the pipes 11 is formed as a sealing tube 19. An inserting hole 15 in which the pipe 11 of the section 12 is inserted, and a communicating hole 17 communicating with the hole 15, are formed at a manifold 13. They are connected by a connecting material 20. When a working fluid is sealed in such a state, the tube 19 is collapsed in a state in which the fluid is filled. Thereafter, the sealing state is eliminated, then, the tube 19 is sealed by the material 20. Thus, even when the pipe 11 is thin, the high-pressure carbon dioxide can be simply filled and sealed at a low cost. |
