PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fit a cushioning material to a packaging box without displacement. SOLUTION: Wall plates 12 of the box are cut to form hooking pieces 16 and 16 which can be bended inside the box, recessed portions 32 are formed on side surfaces of a cushioning material 3, the cushioning material 3 is fitted to the box so that the hooking piece 16 of the box corresponds to the recessed portion 32 of the cushioning material 3, the hooking pieces 16 and 16 are bended into the recessed portions 32 to be butted on the wall surface of each recessed portion 32 for preventing the slipping and positioning of the cushioning material 3.
