PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developing unit which has a specific amount of a developer stuck on the peripheral surface of a supply roller while the tip of a restriction member and the peripheral surface of the supply roller are held at a specific interval. SOLUTION: The developing unit 9 is equipped with a development tank 20 and a toner hopper 30 which is provided on it and contains toner to be supplied to the development tank 20. The development tank 20 is equipped with a stay 14 which functions as an upper lid. The stay 14 is equipped with a restriction part 14b which restricts the amount of the developer stuck on the supply roller 23. The hopper 30 has a fitting plate 32 and is fixed to the stay 14 with a fixing pin 33 through the fitting plate 32. The fixing pin 33 has a screw head 33a, a seat part 33b, and a screw part 33c. The length of the seat part 33b is larger than the thickness of the fitting plate 32. |
