PROBE CARRIER AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a probe carrier of a constitution favorable for massproduction and offer its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: Hollow members whereto different probes are fixed are arranged approximately in parallel and a bundle is formed with their ends aligned, and a fixing part obtained by filling the end part with a binding agent followed by solidification is cut in the specified thickness in a plane crossing the axial direction of the hollow members, and thus intended probe carrier is formed having a plane where a fixing region for the specified probe is arranged.
