PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous inorganic coating agent for forming a coating film having higher heat resistance and preventing from rising of dust from a surface. SOLUTION: This aqueous inorganic coating agent is formed by dispersing a water-swelling mineral, for example mica, bentonite and smecitite in water.
