PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To favorably dissipate the heat out of a rolling bearing while securing insulation property and shock resistance and improving durabilty. SOLUTION: The insulating film covering the outer peripheral face 6 of the outer ring 2 and both end faces 7, 7 is made of polyamide 46 containing glass fiber. A movable side metal mold 12A for forming the insulating film is constituted of a first section 22 and a second section 24. The first section 22 is composed of a plurality of freely radially displacing metal mold elements 23, 23. After the insulating film has been injection-molded, these metal mold elements 23, 23 are displaced outwards and then eject pins 20, 20 are protruded to release the mold.
