PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an image recorder which suppresses the lift of a photosensitive material on the downstream side of an exposure part and smoothly conveys the photosensitive material at a low cost. SOLUTION: A guide cover 168 is arranged between a roller couple 88 and a conveyor roller couple 84 arranged on the downstream side of a vertical scanning conveyance device 150 and shafts 178 are rotatably pivoted on a couple of shaft support plates 176 erected on both the end sides of the guide cover 168. A plurality of roll rollers 86 are fixed to the shafts 178 and exposed through a hole part 174 formed in the guide cover 168. The roll rollers 86 have high slidability and abut against the photosensitive material A to suppress its lift and also prevent its sticking, thereby smoothly guiding the photosensitive material A to the downstream side. Consequently, the photosensitive material A is conveyed without skip and an image formed on the photosensitive material A has no image unevenness.
