PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide stereophotograph formation technology which can directly output a stereophotographic print to be observed directly as a stereophotograph even when a photographic image source having its left-eye image and right-eye image formed in various styles of their positions and sizes depending upon photographing methods. SOLUTION: This device has a stereophotograph frame selection part 58 which selects photographic image data for a left-eye image and a right-eye image for a stereophotograph from photographic image data obtained from the photographic image source 1 through an image input part 20A, a geometrical image processing part 53a which geometrically processes the left-eye and right- eye image data, an image composition processing part 53b which composites the stereophotographic image data of the left-eye image data and right-eye image data having geometrically being processed, and a print part 32 which forms a stereophotographic print 4 according to the stereophotographic image data.
