PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cold insulation box in which production of condensate can be prevented or reduced by ensuring the distance between the bottom face of an outer case and the installing face, and the outer case can be prevented from being contaminated with condensate. SOLUTION: The cold insulation box 3 comprises a box type outer case 1 having an opening in one end face, a box type inner case 1 disposed in the outer case 1 and having an opening in one end face, a cover 2 for opening/ closing the opening of the outer case 1, a thermal insulation material interposed between the outer case 1 and the inner case, and a cooler disposed on the outer surface of the inner case. A tray 4 for mounting the outer case 1 is provided. The tray 4 is provided with a height defining part 5 for keeping a constant distance between the bottom face 7 of the outer case 1 and the flat part 6 of the tray 4.
