PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sliding slide having a self-lubricating sliding member having high durability and superior wear-resistant property in low friction. SOLUTION: One part of the sliding slide containing fluorine resin as a solid lubricating agent is a resin member for sliding comprised of normal temperature hardening type thermosetting resin containing either or both of mica with less than a designated grain size as a filler and molybdenum disulfide. The counterpart of the sliding member is a metal sliding member as the other part of the sliding slide.
