THERMAL INSULATING PC CONCRETE PANEL AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREFOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a PC concrete panel with a built-in thermal insulator having a simple structure which can resist a vertical force such as self weight of the PC panel or a horizontal force at the time of earthquake and does not cause dew condensation, and a manufacturing method therefore. SOLUTION: A thermal insulating PC concrete panel 1 is formed by laminating a pre-cast concrete panel 1 to form an external panel of a building, a ventilating layer 2, an inorganic fiber or a formed plastic thermal insulating material 3 and a pre-cast concrete panel 4 to form an inner panel positioned on the building side in this order, and the pre-cast concrete panel 1 to be the outer panel is connected with the pre-cast concrete panel 4 to be the inner panel by chevron bars which are dispersively arranged in a vertical direction and horizontal direction.
