PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foundation surface and a basement for an upper building as a separate portion by fastening and installing hollow concrete blocks as single block units on the top surface of a reinforced concrete slab foundation on the job site. SOLUTION: Adjacent hollow blocks 01 to 09D are fastened together by using fastening bolts a71 and b72 in fastening holes 13. The upper building as a separate portion is fastened by using foundation bolts a81, foundation bolts b82 and foundation nuts 83 or the like.
