PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing/carrying device capable of preventing uneven fixation and capable of preventing the deterioration of a paper carrying performance due to curling. SOLUTION: In the device for thermally fixing a toner image which is stuck on a paper in the shape of a visible image on the paper, a heating body 2 is arranged in non contact with the toner image and the paper, and a carrying member for making the paper pass near the heating body surface is constituted of a ring-shaped rotating body 1.
