PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sintered compact and the method of manufacturing the same which is long and big one or thick one useful as a buffer stop, a block for a paved road, a wall material, a landscape material, water permeable concrete, large-sized ceramic ware, does not produce omission, a crack or the like of an aggregate, and enables effective use of industrial waste such as cerven or the like. SOLUTION: The sintered compact consisting of cement and siliceous fine sand which is hardened and molded by a hydrated reaction of a slurry-like mixture of a low fire-resistant mortar component of fire-resistant degree SKO5 a-SK5a having a chemical composition of calcium oxide 10 wt.%-30 wt.%, alumina 10 wt.%-15 wt.% and silicon dioxide 50 wt.%-70 wt.%, a high fire- resistant aggregate of fire-resistant degree SK12-18 and water is characterized by having a structure of both high fire-resistant aggregates bonded by melting layers of a low fire-resistant mortar component. |
