<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a discharging device with which a reaction product, such as reduced iron, is discharged from a moving furnace hearth of the moving type hearth furnace and the temperature dropping of carbonaceous material recycled in the furnace is reduced. SOLUTION: A screw feeder is laterally hung and supported in the orthogonal direction to the moving direction of the furnace hearth at the discharging part of the moving type hearth furnace, and at the extending portion of this screw feeder protruded outside the furnace hearth, a reducing agent discharging chute and a reduction product discharging chute are disposed in order from the furnace body side. In the screw feeder at the position corresponding to this reducing agent discharging chute, a screening cylinder synchronously rotated with the screw feeder, is disposed as a double cylinder-state and at the reduction product discharging chute, the opening end of the screening cylinder is positioned.</p> |
