PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating film transferring implement which is capable of carrying out transfer with a relatively small pressing force without loosening a tranfer tape from the initial use till the end of use. SOLUTION: A delivering core 20 and a winding core 30 are rotatably fitted into the supporting axis 12 for a case C and the protruded fitting part 430 of a movable member 40, respectively. Both the cores 20, 30 are rotated by a rubber belt B in an interlocking manner. The movable member 40 comprises an elastic part 42 and a transfer head 44. The elastic part 42 is provided with an elastic deformation piece 420. When the force required for pulling out the tranfer tape T becomes large at the end of use, the force for pressing the tranfer head 44 to face to be transferred is transmitted and applied to the elastic deformation piece 420 through a shaft S, and thus the piece 420 is elastically deformed and the distance between the cores 20, 30 is shortened so that the tension of the rubber belt B is reduced. Accordingly, the slip torque between the winding core 30 and the rubber belt B is reduced and the transfer tape T can be pulled out with a relatively small force.
