PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blower capable of maintaining blower performance, even if the size and thickness thereof are reduced, and to provide combustion equipment securing stable combustion by adopting the blower and improving property for installation. SOLUTION: The blower 2 causes deflection in the direction of air flow, jetting out of a rotating blade 21 by centrifugal force of rotation of the rotary blade 21 to a direction of a rotating shaft 30a along housing 20 inner wall which surrounds the rotating blade 21 and discharges the same. A part of a circumference part 20a of the housing 20 is set close to an outer circumference edge of the rotating blade 21 to form a constriction part 26.
