PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sanitary washing device which can efficiently use a radiator mounted on a semiconductor device for on-off control of a warm-water heater and a drying heater, and which can prevent a power supply variation during switching between the heaters. SOLUTION: A controller 100 controls the switching between the warm-water heater 210 and the drying heater 220. The heaters 210 and 220 are made equal in capacity to each other, and the same radiators 235 and 245 are mounted on a first triac 230 and a second triac 240. Equality in the capacities of the heaters 210 and 220 makes the radiators 235 and 245 best suited to both of the heaters 210 and 220 even in commonality of the radiators 235 and 245. The power supply variation is hard to cause during the switching. When ON requests of the heaters 210 and 220 compete against each other, the heater 220 based on operations of a user is driven preferentially. Consequently, comfortable usability is secured even when switching control is exercised.
