PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat frame of a vehicular seat where a space under a seat cushion is effectively used, the space under the seat cushion is prevented from looking massive, its appearance is improved, the weight is reduced, assembly workability is improved as well as strength and durability are also improved. SOLUTION: A pair of left and right side frames 17, 18 on inner side and outer side are formed of a pipe frame. The side frame 17 on inner side is formed like an approximately square frame shape, while a reinforcing vertical bar 39 is fixed between the upper frame 31 and the lower frame 34 of the side frame 17. A pair of upper and lower reinforcing plates 41, 42 are fixed between the rear part frame 33 and the reinforcing vertical bar 39 of the side frame 17. Bolt holes 55 of the belt anchor mounting part of a seat belt and the mounting part 53 of the slide operation part 52 of the front and rear slide device 13 are formed in the upper reinforcing plate 41.
