PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the attachment/detachment of a battery cover and prevent the lateral dislocation of the battery cover due to vibration during running by holding the battery cover at a proper opening angle during maintenance. SOLUTION: A pin 42 of a link 22 is turnably connected to a stay 21 fixed to the side of a mast device 7 and a pin 46 provided at the end of the link 22 is loosely fitted slidably into a guide groove 44 of a stopper 23 fixed to a ceiling surface of the battery cover 14. A plate spring 24 fixed to the ceiling surface of the battery cover 14 is put in elastic-contact engagement with a shaft rod 37 provided at the upper part of the stay 21. When the battery cover 14 is removed from the side of a battery case 13, the battery cover 14 is pulled from the front side of a body, whereupon the plate spring 24 is removed from the shaft rod 37 and then the pin 46 of the link 22 is removed from an opening potion 43 of the stopper 23. Thus, the battery cover 14 is completely removed from the side of the battery case 13.
