PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emergency guide system for an elevator capable of visually informing move of maintenance people hastening to a building in which elevator trouble has occurred to lock passengers in a car to the passengers locked in the car for reducing feel of uneasiness and unrest. SOLUTION: This system is provided with an emergency call button and a display device 9 installed inside the car of the elevator, a GPS display mobile unit 3, and a control device 4 to display the position of the GPS display mobile unit with a map around the building where the elevator is installed using GPS when the emergency call button is operated.
