SOLUTION: This working frame 3 comprises a main elevatable scaffold 39 mounted on a vehicle 5 and an auxiliary scaffold 41 connected to the main scaffold and expandable and developable in the cross direction of the vehicle 5. This working vehicle comprises the working frame 3 mounted thereon.
