PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording medium housing pack which has a high housing efficiency while being effective for cutting cost and is available for easy putting-in and taking-out of the recording medium while being kept in a medium storing file and free from drop out of the recording medium while the file is moved. SOLUTION: The recording medium housing pack 10 comprises a square envelope- shaped pack main body 11 which is formed of a transparent elastic sheet member and has an opening 12 formed at one side of the pack main body for taking a removal recording medium 30 into the pack for housing, soft sheet members 15 which divide the internal space V of the pack main body in the direction of its thickness into a plurality of medium housing areas V1, V2, and a flap body 13 which closes the opening 12 of the pack main body 11 so that the removal recording media 30 (31, 32...)... housed in the areas V-1, V-2... divided by the soft sheet members 15 can be prevented from drop out through the opening 12, and the flap body 13 is a flap which is formed, being integral with the pack main body 11, so that it can be bent toward the inside with a part close to one end of the opening 12 of the main body 11 serving as a hinge and can be inserted at its front end T into the inside of the opening 12.
